**1. General Terms**

1.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

**2. Order Process**

2.1 Begin by selecting your desired container home on our website. Once you choose your model, you’ll be guided through signing the necessary legal documents.

2.2 Cash buyers can cancel their order for a full refund within 5 days of signing the documents. Financed purchases are not eligible for a refund.

**3. Construction and Delivery**

3.1 On the 7th day after placing your order, the construction of your container home begins. This process typically takes about one month to complete.

3.2 Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

**4. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

4.1 **Financed Orders:** Customers who finance their purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

4.2 **Cash Purchases:** Cash buyers are eligible for a 25% refund if they need to cancel their order after 5 days during the construction period. Alternatively, they can opt to use the refund amount as credit for a future purchase.

**5. Manufacturer Guarantees and Warranties**

5.1 The manufacturer offers a 12-month quality guarantee and a lifetime warranty for repairs starting from the date of loading.

5.2 During the quality guarantee period, the manufacturer will provide maintenance parts free of charge for any malfunctions not caused by human factors. After this period, only the production cost of spare parts will be charged.

5.3 The manufacturer also provides lifetime free technical support and maintenance consultation.

**6. Pricing and Payment**

6.1 All prices are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless financing arrangements have been made.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

7.1 Capsul Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.

7.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, USA.
