The cost of prefab homes from Capsul starts as low as $50,000 and the median price for our entire range would be around $80,000. Many capsul today are looking for modular homes under $100 k and prefab homes under $100 k and the range of container tiny homes we supply at Capsul are the perfect solution, as all of our units are under that price point.
Where can I find the cheapest prefabricated house prices?
We would encourage you to explore our range, as we have incredible value for space and customisability across our various models. Our modular homes range includes prefab container units that can be easily modified with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen or more. We also supply kit homes in a container unit form factor which can be expanded, therefore we call these expandable homes. We supply the cheapest modular homes for you and cheap kit houses, as well as cheap prefab houses for your property.
